This time the coach from CapKelenn Retail Coaching and manager of ANCECO, Álvaro Otal Montasell, visited Ática’s headquarters in Olite to continue with the training of the team. We want to start next year in style, with the good feelings that 2021 has left behind, we believe that by implementing more training, the team will reach where it has never done before. According to Álvaro Otal: “Training is a tool that is given to the people who participate and attend, but it is useless if people do not decide to apply it in the end.”
And it is very important for a company to assimilate and put into practice all the teachings that are offered. In the case of Ática Redex, we are committed to training and applying what we have learned and that is why our results are increasingly optimal. As Álvaro Otal says, sometimes the most relevant thing is to hold two or three ideas “and that you commit to applying them, that already means that you will be much more productive and can become the trigger for a change in attitude that generates some extraordinary results ”.
The last training that the Ática Redex team received focused on participants learning through practice. “I approach the trainings in a very interactive way,” says Álvaro Otal. His coaching model is based on his students learning and applying it to get to know their work in depth. Thanks to this type of training, in 2022 the results will be better for Ática Redex and, therefore, for all its associates and suppliers.
