Over the years, ÁTICA REDEX has built up a young, highly qualified team. The average age 34 years old. Among the qualifications of its members we find several master's degrees in different areas: MBA, Management of Purchasing Centres, Accounting and Financial Advice.

Various engineering degrees (chemistry, electronics and agriculture). Degrees in law, business administration and management, fine arts, English philology, journalism, audiovisual communication, commercial and marketing management. We also count with several higher degrees in advertising graphics, design, administration, finance, programming, computer systems and network management.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

For the development of the agricultural activity of the Central, ÁTICA REDEX has signed a collaboration agreement with the French company CAP ALLIANCES, part of the ALLIANCES GROUP, formed by LISAGRI and HYPERAGRI, which together with SCAR are in the first position in the French market with a volume of purchases of more than 335 million euros and a market share close to 43%.

Smarlogy is the result of the union of recognised professionals with a long history and experience in automatization, robotics, artificial vision, design, development and manufacture of machinery, distinguished by its dynamism and adaptation to new technologies. It is directed by Lucas Roca, Professor at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena.
