As a complement to their training, the participants in this project traveled to Yuncler, Talavera de la Reina and Lisbon. They visited the facilities that Atica has in the city of ceramics, as well as those of GV Manutención and Empigest, being attended by their respective managers, Donato García and Carlos Carvalho.
Some of the objectives that were pursued and that have undoubtedly been achived were: knowing these members, the requirements of their facilities to be able to offer maintenance and repair services related to the sale and rental of machinery of all kinds, the importance of maintaining order and cleanliness… Apart from “putting face” to the different ranges of products, and taking advantage of the experience to “team building”.
In Talavera de la Reina, in addition to seeing the progress being made in the warehouse, they were able to speak with their colleagues from ICT (Information and Communication Technologies).
